Yes! Boundaries can be so freeing! I have one to add to your list: Good ol’ fashioned newspapers. They weren’t (and aren’t) a perfect medium but it didn’t kill our attention span; it improved it. The daily read made us sit down, turn pages, and focus for a few minutes everyday…longer on Sundays. So good for our brain and bodies. We’ve lost so much by gaining everything.

Today I’m going to limit my activities to those things that lower my cortisol.

YES!!! After I hit post I was thinking about that concept and how I’ve brought confinement into my creative work with craving a printed magazine. Love it Holly! Thanks for sharing!

Add Pilates to the list! You show up, they tell you what to do, 50 minutes later you’re done! No thinking about what to do in your home gym! Perfection!!

Great article!💕

I think I'm somewhere in the middle. Maybe not so much confinement for me, but simplicity. Buying local, supporting small business, going back to a more comfortable (less overwhelming) lifestyle. I love a really good quality art magazine to read, getting away from the screens is good. Thank you for sharing Megan.
