I feel like there is so much out there that I could consume.
So many Substacks in my inbox that I want to read.
A never ending stream of things I can watch on Youtube or the thousands of streaming apps out there.
Countless amazing books I want to dive into.
But I want to need to declutter the digital overwhelm for my sanity. To get intentional about what I want to spend time on- right now.
And come up with a better system to consume the few things I deem important to me.
So that’s what I’m tackling this week in the Simplicity Challenge + you can too ↓
The Summer Simplicity Challenge✨ is an invitation to pause, reflect and take aligned steps toward a slower, more intentional life within a community of women craving more ease, presence, and intentionality- just like you.
Join our community and receive access to this series of audio journal entries, thoughtful prompts, and gentle conversation starters as we declutter and simplify our worlds together.
P.S. this decluttering session inspired me to create my own curated newspaper (out of my favorite newsletters) and send it to my Kindle. I wanted an analog-ish way to mindfully consume during my morning coffee and breakfast routine (see here.)
What kind of creative consumption truly nourishes me?
