But the thing is… I feel like I have been resting- more than I ever have before if I’m being honest. I’ve been: watercoloring, reading fiction, watching videos and shows that make me laugh and snowboarding- often.
So I found myself questioning: Then what constitutes as rest? What else can I be doing to rest? Because doing more feels scary- like now I'm not doing anything at all.
